These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of audio plugin software ("Products") sold by 34Audiovisuals ("we", "us", or "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Our Products are digital audio plugins distributed in VST3, AU, and AAX formats for use in compatible Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) on macOS and Windows. All Products are delivered digitally via download link upon confirmed payment.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product on up to two (2) computers owned or controlled by you. This license is subject to the specific License Agreement included with each Product.
Products are protected by a proprietary licensing system. An internet connection may be required for activation. Each license is tied to the purchasing account. Attempting to circumvent, crack, or share license keys is a violation of these Terms and may result in license revocation.
All Products, including their code, design, and audio assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of 34Audiovisuals and are protected by copyright law. Purchase grants a license to use the software, not ownership of it.
Minor updates (bug fixes, compatibility patches) are provided free of charge for the purchased major version. Major version upgrades may be offered at a discounted upgrade price at our discretion.
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Products will be free of errors or compatible with every DAW version or operating system configuration. We recommend testing the free trial version (where available) before purchasing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 34Audiovisuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.

By completing your purchase and downloading the product, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download.
If the plugin does not function as described due to a verifiable technical defect, please contact us at info@diegocapoccitti.it within 30 days of purchase. We will first attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued at our discretion.
We strongly recommend downloading and testing the free demo version (where available) before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your system and DAW.
